Sean is my JKD instructor and his lessons have benefitted me greatly not only in the martial art, but also in my personal life. He teaches unselfishly, doing his best to pass on his knowledge to his students. He has his own creative and unique ways to impart deeper understanding of JKD to his students. Throughout my time training under him, I realized that martial art is not just a physical thing, but also trains the mental aspect. He is not one who focuses on commercialized lessons, but prefers to dedicate his time to share his experiences with students who have similar passions. His lessons have enabled me to better express myself and make better decisions in life. Beyond training lessons, he would often share his personal journey in his training, which I find it inspiring and helped me in my personal development.
