Absolutely. FlowGuard™ training is adaptable to your current fitness level and goals. You don’t need prior experience or peak fitness to start. Each session is designed to build strength, confidence, and awareness at a pace that suits you.
I’m not very confident with self-defense. Will I struggle?
Not at all! FlowGuard™ is crafted for beginners and focuses on simple, effective movements you can learn quickly. You’ll gain skills step by step, building confidence and instincts that feel natural, without any pressure to “perform.”
